After you have completed your order,
please fill out the form below to help
us create your
scrapbook embellishment set(s).

Customize info sent in before payment will
be held for 5 days. If after 5 days we have not
received your payment, customize info will
be deleted.

We use your email info given on the customize
form to locate your payment in Paypal.
Please be sure to give us the same email you
used in with the payment through Paypal when
filling out the customize form.

Stickers in all of our sets are made of acid free, lignin
free card stock paper and backed with mounting tape.

What color or colors do you need for your set? (Can Choose up to 3 colors)Keep in mind that the sets are made on white cardstock.

The school or group name you need placed on the frame in the set: If no name needed we will place the set name on the frame:

A Varsity Flag sticker comes in all sets except Baton Twirler. What mascot name or school initials needs to be place on the Varsity Flag sticker? Must be no longer than ten letters to fit on the sticker.

If you ordered a Colorguard or Winter Guard set, what color or colors would you like the flags to be?

One instrument sticker comes with each Marching Band Set. If you ordered a Marching Band Set, what instrument sticker do you need?

If you ordered a Marching Band Set, what wording would you like placed on the banner? Example: WWCHS Tiger Band...etc.

If there is any other information you would like us to have to help customize your set, please place that info here. Example: If you purchased extra pieces like a parade banner, trophy sticker, etc....
